I have an 05 RXT that I put the VTS on and an 01-03 seadoo rx di 951 trim rod fits perfect. I don't know if there is a difference between the two years but this rod fits right in with no cutting and welding..Hope this helps

I have the same RX DI rod... it looks like the RX DI rod is still a bit too long...
with the RX DI rod, in the "neutral" position the nozzle is angled a little "down", and on the stock RXT nozzle is angled a little but "up".
I shortened the RXP rod that I had to get more even up and down movement out of the nozzle, now it's angled a little bit "up" in the neutral position and has more even adjustment between full up and full down.
I want to find out from an RXP owner what the stock adjustment is on a factory VTS equipped ski..

it really dose not matter
there is way more up than you ever need for top speed
just run wot and find the sweet spot for max speed
