Jet pump from 1997 SL900 (stator, impeller, extension ring, tail cone)

Approx. 12 thou blade clearance to wear ring. Modest to very mild surface texture and scoring on the black aluminum wear ring.

Impeller has some very minor nicks and dings along the edges. Could be cleaned up nicely with a fine file.

Drive splines are in good shape.

5131588 Impeller spins smoothly on the bearings. No slop or gritty feeling, turns quietly. No signs of rust or water issues.

The only significant issue is the aluminum five vane stator has nickel to quarter sized chucks missing from the leading edge, probably from a rock that went through at some point.

I have not touched this jet pump since I removed it, but these scallops could be smoothed out with a round file. The jet pump is entirely functional and I have ridden the SL 900 it came from with this jet pump, with no issues. Could not even tell it had anything wrong until I inspected it visually.

Tail cone has a surface crack that does not affect operation or water seal to the stator o-ring.

There is also a four degree wedge, if you need it.
