    have broken thread on the crankshaft

    We put the engine Yamaha 1.9 dyno stand!
    to 350 hp have broken thread on the crankshaft (photo attached)
    What do you recommend? New crankshaft?

    is that the crank shaft or the transfer shaft ????? nothing green loctite might fix .........

    It may have been caused by no dampener at all when connected to the dyno. May won't to figure out how to use the factory rubber dampners, to help cushion and take some stress off. Just my observation, I seen the pics of your setup on Facebook and it looks pretty cool, do u mind giving a lil more info on it?

    gum used but not factory! Stripped threads on crankshaft. have to disassemble ..

    OEM crankshaft knee? may have increased, aftermarket crankshafts?

    had one same way, sent it out and had it fixed.

    we will try to increase the diameter and cut another thread, a larger.
