    Took it out for the first time...

    06 gtx limited 215, 8 hours, riva intake grate and this is the number I got... Sound about right ?

    Honestly man I don't know, this was my first time riding this ski so I was getting used to the opas and the water temp was still around 48 degrees.. The highest I saw was around 8200 but I was having dash problems so I don't know how accurate that was

    Yep, that is a good speed.

    You want to tune your impeller to 8140-8160 max with the 2006 STOCK ECU, timing gets pulled beyond that on your year and model. 4" air, Riva grate, well pitched Solas impeller and you will be get your goal.

    Speaking of impeller I just went out to disco the battery (from the short in the main harness that's waiting to get replaced) and I wanted to inspect some of the dealers work from the sinking and I saw this right around the impeller housing mold in the hull...
    Looks like a rip or tare in the fiberglass... I shined a light through the hull and didn't see any light from under the ski.. She ran fine all day.. Anything to be worried about ?

    It just hit me, how did you get a 2006 GTX with only 8 hours on it?

    What is this ski's history?
