gtx with 4 inch fizzle intake..

fizzles instructions say to pull the intake tube as far up as possible into the front of the boat... where is that specifically? in some photos it looks like its all the way up under the front hood.. on a different model of course, but where is the filter and the end of the intake hose going to be after installed?

on my RXP the intake runs from the charger around the right side and all the way up to the gas tank. Id say the end of my filter sits even with the front of the gas tank.

not trying to hijack your thread, but i am also installing a cold air intake and how do you take up the slack in the gas tank straps when you remove the stock air box?

Poke a hole thru the air filter box, and let the Fizzle go thru it. Then your Gas Tank will be 100% secure. Otherwise, you don't have your gas tank really safe and secure.

I used to include 7 ft. but many people were saying it was just too long. The RXP only needs about 5 ft. so I picked a number between those and stuck with it ever since.

Never mind.....just saw the link in fizzle's post above.
