DIY Free Flow Exhaust Installed On VXR

Mounted it up earlier today. Sounds a bit louder on the hose than stock. Also found the ss washer I dropped while installing the black rear grab handle - woo-hoo!!!!.

Thanks. I hope that 45 degree aluminized steel bend holds. I am not familiar with that kind of metal and to me it seems more aluminum than steel

I adjusted it so it sits deeper in the factory exhaust pipe and added a new picture. We shall see...

It's just a zinc/aluminum galvanized coating on mild steel.

I'm sure its stronger than the Aluminum one I'm using so you'll be good... I have one of these frozen boost set ups if anybody needs one.

Strength isn't the issue, corrosion is. Just keep an eye on it, if that rusts out no bilge pump in the world will keep you afloat.
