    Trying to Buy a Diamond Honer for my cylinders? Leave a Reply

    Im going todiamond hone some cylinders to my gp1300r whats the size i use and whats the recommended grit to use i just called millenium and they say its fine to do it myself....

    If you are going to use a diamond hone you should have your piston on hand to test fit it and put the clearance that is recommended for the piston manufacturer. I would use a fine grit long blade hone with minimal spring pressure and go from there.

    go to engine alot of info on there can order hone there also

    personally i would just use millenium
