    gpr carbs

i started my ski the other day after sitting over the winter and it seems like the carbs are flooding the motor when i try to give it any throttle. i can rev it and get it to clear out but as soon as i try to throttle again it loads back up. has anyone had a similar problem and if so what did you do to fix the problem. my hunch is the needle valves are staying open at idle or bleeding thru enough to flood the engine.
