Installing aftermarket air filter on gp1300r

I was planning on doing minor upgrades on my 07 gp1300r like aftermarket air filter, d-plate/chip, and riva handling parts

Do I have to install a electronic jet kit by doing this stuff?

If you put open flame arrestors on any 2 stroke you will need to adjust the fuel ratio (rich the fuel). either bigger jets on carbs. or turn out the screws. on fuel injected you will need a fuel control to fatten it up. If not it will melt pistons.

I hate to said this ,but I think you are wrong. he will only need to install a efi controller if he increases compression or advances timing.
