    Problem with riva

    The point is that I've been waiting for a month, a RIVA intercooler GEN 3 and did not even give me delivery date ....Riva is this normal?I had them for a serious but I'm starting to wonder.
    any of you have had to wait so long for a product of Riva?

    Your problem is not with Riva, it's with who you ordered the intercooler from

    Wouldn't trust that site, and why not just buy it from Jerry on the GH store or even from the Riva store. your product not coming is most definitely not riva's fault.

    If I were you and the IC hasn't been delivered I would contact the credit card holder (bank) and file a claim to have them refund your money before the 30 days have elapsed (most card holders). Once everything has settled out order here from Jerry, this way you get first class service and support without any hassle!

    That's a fishy site if I've ever seen one... Agreed with the posts above... Request a refund or reversal from your bank/credit company and deal with Jerry..
