Good offshore/ beach set up???
I would appreciate every 1 opinion on what I'm about to say. Every 1 opinion counts plz. I'm currently thinking of installing this set up on my ultra 300x was wondering if it's worth it. I'm into offshore recreational/raceing but nuthing pro.
Solas 14/21 impeller
R&D ULTRA 300 AQUAVEIN
R&D Ultra 300 Anti-Cavitation Cone
Ultra 300 High Performance Ride Plate

IMO for offshore...SCOM and if you really want a spare prop go the solas but everything else will give you less hook up and a waste of money.

The OEM intake does have great hookup, but also has a parachute affect when u release the throttle , and it also make the ski feel nervous in the nose. ... I do like the R&D intake for a rec rider .
Buy it all comes down to personal choice

For offshore only, stock, not even the SCOM. You'd never really go over that speed anyway, unless it's really smooth.

R&D grate or TBM grate.
Learn to ride it hard then put a scom on it once warranty is up.
