    OTAS question

    Would anyone know if after i have the OTAS repaired can i remove the magnet so i won't have any more problems... Ski only has 28 hrs on it

    what magnets are you planning to remove and from what? 28 hours?

    the sensor can go faulty with or without magnets so no point removing them and you cant run it unplugged so just get it fixed and hope for the best!
    I have relocated the sensor away from the steering column on a ski that runs a flyboard and had no issues so will work with no magnets just no real point.

    Brought it in today and they confirmed it was the sensor. should have it done by the weekend. One more question please, When it happened i just idled it in not knowing what was wrong, but will it still run ok with a bad sensor?
