    pressure relief valve

I need to add some PRVs to my old gtx... my problem is the pump shoe is much smaller than the rxp I put them in before
I can not find a spot to tap in so do I need glasses or do I need to upgrade to a newer shoe

How fast are you planning on going to need pressure relief on your GTX?

I dont think you guys understand I have installed them before
and like I said the gtx shoe is smaller than the rxp I did
it does not stick out past the hull more than about 1/2 inch
this gtx had the smaller plastic pump
I will use a rxt pump and drive shaft
speed will be min mid 80s

The only size difference between a 185 pump and a 215+ pump is the prop and wear ring.

If you can't find room in the stock setup to add your valves, you could go with a spacer and the RXTX drive shaft-- you are already planning on buying a drive shaft to fit the 215+ impellers-- will just need the spacer.
