The stock gasket profile should get you close. What is the OD of the sleeve?

He was positive the stockers wouldn't work for me. Maybe because of thickness? OD is a 780 bored .20 Oversize. I don't have a caliper to get accurate measurements. I think it was 71.5mm or 2.815 in. Thanks again

Measure the OD of the sleeve with a ruler to see if were close. I can make them .0156 or .031 THK. If I cut them to the stock profile than you can cut the excess to match.

71+mm by the ruler check. I can cut excess off for sure. Which do you think I should go with for thickness? Probably the .031? It shouldn't affect compression and timing too much from a .028? I'm the newbie here, I trust your decision. I greatly appreciate all the help you offer me and this site.

The material runs +/- .002 with the torque of the cylinders I think .031 will work just fine. What other choice do you have.

Believe it or not, I don't think these are sleeved. The base of the cyl. has a countersink of 75mm.
