pump seal leaking
I noticed the other day while I was flushing that there was water spraying out from the seal of my pump. I am assuming this is not normal? Do you think I can just tighten it up or will I have to pull the pump and replace it? What should it be torqued to? It had it's 100 hour service done at the stealership just before I purchased it in September, and has 112 hours on it now.

It won't hurt to snug up the pump bolts a bit to see if it stops, but the problem could be more related to your city water pressure rather than a leak issue. You could be overwhelming the sealing capacity of that restrictor (the yellow piece sticking up on the left) if your supply water pressure is too high. It is not a good idea to open up fully your hose supply, as it only really needs a small amount of water flow to keep the IC and exhaust cooled. Snug up the bolts and don't open up your faucet, just a small amount of flow is necessary.

I think I am at around 75psi at the hose bib. I will check the bolts, but also turn the water down a bit and see what happens. Thanks!
