Camshaft change in new RXP-X 260

Has anybody dropped an old 29 cam into the new 260's with basically no other changes. I may have a spare cam shortly and was wondering if the 29 cam would yeild any significant improvements.

According to jp1300r and MRRACING if you retard the 29 cam it will wake up your ski up. I will be installing one very soon and will let you know.

There's a difference from a 51 to a 29 my opinion I would do other bolt on's first then pulling a camshaft if no other mods are done yet

But theoretically if I was not doing any other bolt ons and only a ECU reflash and retainers, would a Cam swap be beneficial?

I have a lightened 28 to go in my 12px. I don't expect to be blown away and wasn't with the 29 I ran in my 06rxp, but its a small improvement in low/mid range IMO. Its an easy swap, especially if your in there doing valve train.
The idle is tougher so that will put a smile on your face at the very least.

If your in there let us know where your cam timing is set from the factory please.
