Rage Fabrication customers Turbo RXTX and Turbo GPRXP

Had a local customer contact me about fabricating intake and exhaust systems for his Turbo RXTX and his Turbo GPRXP. Just built exhaust pipe from turbo to exhaust tip on RXTX. Next will be doing intake fabrication in RXTX. Then intake fab on GPRXP. J_dollar is doing all the mechanical work on the skis. Our goal is 90+MPH on the RXTX and 100MPH with the GPRXP! Here is the intake/IC manifold that will be used on the ski. Customer bought it used from member on here but it was not completed and a few important areas overlooked. Inlet to intake runners where not bell mouthed. Just a sharpe unfinished entre into the intake port that would have resulted in horrible performance. I cut it open smoothed and radiused the entre into the ports and then welded back together. Also fabricated and welded fuel rail mounts and Map sensor mounts because there where non? This is for the GPRXP. I think it will work quite well now that I worked it over a bit!! Click image for larger version.

    Looks good...

That Manicooler, get some support mounts under it...it WILL need it once it fills up with water, the weight of it when running will snap the bolts holding it to the head...Happened a few times on me when I built my Manicoolers...

Ya, I agree. This thing is VERY heavy. That's my only complaint. I'm going to suggest making some supports for the base to bolt to the engine
