Uh oh, stripped E-14 torx main bolt head on case bottom...

Looks like the socket decided to take a little walk on the bolt head and it was the last one too. Any suggestions on how to remove a semi-stripped E14 main bolt on the bottom case half? This bolt is the only thing my impact hasn't been able to remove. I'm talking SEIZED!

I thought about it but I dont have any way to heat it right now because the propane torch is at work. I also figured with it being oil ridden down there, it might be a flammable disaster. It's also one of the bolts in the deeper cavity.

Ok it's a main bolt what torx sockets you using?. Some of those cheap ones bite. For tearing down I normally put a impact gun turned down with a snap on torx socket I think you did more damage to your socket than the bolt

I used an E14 inverted impact Torx on an impact gun and this bitch wont budge.......to the point that it walk and rounded off the bolt head. The socket is fine. The bolt head is stripped. Im hoping some heat from a propane torch and a stripped bolt remover tool will work. What baffles me is how in the world it is seized with it only requiring 40-50lbft of torque when installed. I had a hell of a time on the other 7 but they gave in and backed out.

This is what I am using and it is still in fine condition.
