    chopping my x2, which sealant should i use?

    I Was GoinG To Chop My X2 Aboug 1.5 In Around There And I Wanted Some Advice On Which Sealant To Use And It's Gotta Be Paintable Also I Just Really Don't Want To Fibergass It either

    I Was thinking about cutting the fiberglass with a jigsaw or cutting wheel, and at the back of the x2 I've seen guys do it just don't know which would be the best to seal it with

    X-2 is first 2 seater made. It is a small stubby lil bugar that came 650. Some put up to 1100 in them and they will haul some buttocks!
    It is a squirrely fun ride and are becoming popular with the vintage folks.
    Why are you chopping length off? You will need to use epoxy to repair/patch.
    Here is one that has an 800cc motor in it and it cooks!

    Loads of fun!

    sorry forget this is mostly 4 stroke forum but you chop 2in off and the ski handles wa better in the corners and playing.around but you guys are killing me that you don't know what a x2 is check them out they're a fun ski to ride

    You can always post in 2 stroke section. They are extremely fun to ride. A challenge for sure to get up on in open water.

    I am aware of that 2" difference. Makes it turn on a dime I hear. Does it effect tracking/porpoise action?

    No not at all you can cut the ride plate or leave it

    X2's are bad ass ! Fun, corner awesome super light & fast I have ridin way back & would like to add 1 one day.
