    Exhaust Problem.

Seems a few unit made it out the production plant with loose exhuast hoses.

The ones in green are the hoses that are popping off. The pink clamps are the the parts that need to be checked.

    Remove seats.

Remove 4 screws to remove the seat base. You will then have access to these clamps.

Thanks Skip, can you explain why when this hose(s) pops off it actually kills the engine?

If there is enough water to displace the oxygen I wonder what's happening to the electrical components, belt etc while sitting in water?
It's going to be vital to make sure these hoses are tight!!!

The exhuast fumes replace the fresh air intake not the water. The motor is basicaly breathing its own fart. Thats enough to stop anything from running.

This new 155 mm pump draws the water out through the syphon pretty quick. Creative was cruizing around with the issue and never knew he was dumping water.

So Id say its not good to have water inside the hull but rest assure the bilge system works well.

That's what I wanted to hear, on my triple piped boats, when we lose a coupler it's the exhaust fumes getting sucked through the carbs that create the RPM loss. Like you said lack of oxygen but I've seen the water take out electrical boxes due to lack of bilge pumps (it's the first thing I add with any of my mods).
My guess is I'll be installing a bilge pump just in case I ever have a leak or problem while the boat can't self syphon.

How do you get to last one??

I popped the hood and got to the two going into round
tube on starboard side (49080A). But the ones down low towards
the exhaust?? I can see the big hose going to where
the Supercharger also connects, but not the one way down
at what I assume is the exhaust connection.

Did you take out the Intercooler to get to them??

    over.........

    Kawa rode great, SD died

Yeah, I see Don King all the time at the airport. I think that nut
    lives there part time......
Riding with Curtis (Cue) was fun. We're all getting ready for a big
river ride north of Lake O in a few weeks.

My SeaDoo has an electrical problem, it died. Seems it a stator
    rotor shorted out.

Send us pix of your riding areas way up North when you get it in the water!
