STRAINER & shut-off for towing ? 12 RXP-x
I found several threads but i am still not sure. Does the filter go in the line going to the exhaust manifold inlet,or is it spliced in before it splits to the intercooler? ALso the shut off.. The same line?
Wont water still feed back while being towed through the flush hose fitting? any help or pictures would be appreciated... Thanks

Your strainer needs to go on the hose that comes off the T fitting that goes to the IC. The shut off valve needs to go prior to the T fitting (closest to the fitting on the pump shoe).... this will cut water supply to the IC & exhaust manifold.

Thank you BigDaddy....SO some dirt can go through the exhaust and be ok? Noticed your from Tampa , Was there for Jetski Bash, nice ride area.

Yes.... the only thing you need to really worry about it the IC for the strainer.
I did the bash as well..... we had an awesome time!
