    inter cooler angles

    so stock inter cooler leaking and i have a external IC siting on the shelf with a bracket was waiting till i got a Xcharger to use it. my question is what angels do i need to plumb it in was thinking like 3 35 degrees silicone or 45's. and i have a fuel pressure regulator im gonna have to figure what to adjust to for having external IC less u think stock injectors our good. looking for pointers

    It depends on what intercooler and where the mounting bracket positions the intercooler.

    The stock injectors should be fine with a stock 215 charger and external intercooler. No rising rate regulator needed for the 7 lb. stock wheel.

    most common for xs is 2- 45* hose couplers, 2- stright hose couplers, 1- 45* pipe and stright pipe, last intake block off
    when you pull out the stock IC make sure the rubber part comes out too

    Good water flow is important how you hang it is proportionate to how it is installed

    I just replaced my stock IC with an external. I did not see that back end piece on the stocker, what are the chances I can pull it out from the throttle body side?

    Yes not the position of the intercooler as much as the distance the air travels to throttle body. There intentions were more for creating space,and eliminating silicone hoses at same time. Anytime you can go aluminum over silicone hoses is a plus.
