Should be rebuilt at 100 hrs.
You didn't state how many it had on it.

Be safe and just Doo it.

Rebuild the whole things. They should be rebuilt every 100 hours or every 2 years. Reason being is the bearing cages get brittle over time and will fracture. When this happens the entire supercharger is scrap.

I found a steel washer, needle & roller bearing kit online for the for my 2006 RXT. That's approx. $200 less than the entire rbld kit but I noticed it doesn't include any gaskets. My intention is to purchase an X Charger then have you rebuild the stk SC w/ the washer brg kit if you are willing to do so. My question is, do SC rebuilds require gaskets & or do you supply them when you rebuild SC's??

IF your intentions are to buy the charger, then have it rebuilt, then i would not skimp on a kit like that...To do this right you would also need a gear and clutch washers which is another 200.00 dollars for the 2 which by the time your done you have spent just as much money on them as a brand new rebuild kit....You dont ever want to short cut a SCer rebuild as 1 small mistake and your not only buying a Scer, your rebuilding a motor..Buy the Scer, buy the rebuild kit and you will have a piece of mind knowing your Scer is healthy and strong

Like snoman said don't skimp on the charger.
Doo a full rebuild washers and bearings.
I've seen s/c bearings go out and the charger locked up and the motor was toast afterward.
    Get R Done....
