Checked out the Host Hotel today !!! Couple of pics...

We booked an apartment that sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms...its all brand new and pretty nice. There are several bars all within walking distance of the hotel. Its a HUGE lake and winds picked up to about 30mph while we were there. Should be very interesting racing...

Thanks for the pics. Looks like a nice place. Lake looks rough just even at the boat ramp!

Gus, You can see one of the sea planes at the back of the boat ramp. They leave right out of the ramp.....There were three planes when I was there with my wife. Two took off while we were there, it was pretty cool. I'm not so sure how cool its going to be when people are trying to race.....

    It's a Gator infested lake.
Water is a dark green color.
I grew up in that area and we hit plenty of gators on our skis.
