Sounds like the dreaded LR module!
I don't have a spare but was advised this part is a weak link. If you do a search there are threads on the LR module as well as in the links in my signature line. I believe there are instructions on testing it as well.

Bypass the LR-505 Start/Stop module as a test. There are several ways to do so, see my signature links for some info.

Search for LR-505 will probably also bring up the bypass info.

Click on Advanced Search in upper right of any Greenhulk web page.

In the search field, type LR-505

In the User Name field, type K447

In the section to be searched, choose Polaris PWC Performance.

Make sure Also search in child forums is checked.

    Click Search Now

Somewhere in the first page of results should be a post that has what you need.

This is the Internet - not as easy as it might seem!

Finding good, accurate, reliable information and guidance online is harder than it looks. It is really easy to find bad, incomplete, out of date, and downright misleading or wrong info. The Internet - be careful out there!
