4 tec winterization
seems all i can find is you just need to clean it and fog/remove battery etc is there other steps involved? surely that sounds too easy.
Im not known the ins and outs of the modern 4 strokes thanks.

winterizing is as simple as you make it
part of my checklist for a 4-tec
pull injector rail and fog intake valves
change oil and filter
change antifreeze ( at least every two years)
lubricate cables, and all opas parts
pull plugs, fog cylinders, anti-seize applied to plugs
check all clamps
flush fresh water cooling system, inject RV antifreeze (at least a gallon)
fluid film or other product the entire engine bay
mouse traps in footwells.
throw it into the garage toss an old blanket over it meet your pals at the pub and hope for the best next spring
the latter choice really helps my retirement account...
it's up to you.

The reason i started this thread thought is that I dont live in an area where it snows or gets below freezing just a little colder then summer. So i noticed much of this has to do with antifreeze removing parts to put it in etc,
so just asking that since i dont need to worry about antifreeze etc if I have any les work!
