    R3 vs Riva/Athena

Would anyone here recommend one or the other.. I understand with the C5 wheel from RD you will also need a power shot.

Impressive speed you have. I ordered some parts from riva today and rep was talking highly about it. I was just thinking of down the road if I was to add more to the build and had to reflash would RD charge the same amount each time...chris

No I think it was like $150.00 plus shipping and insurance. I originally had an R2 but needed an R3 due to hitting the rev limiter. Went with a 9,000 rev limiter.

That's good to know about the reflash,, If you don't mind me asking I have looked @ Etechs site for the sc wheel,RD, Riva. Lots of post here w/ guys like yourself choosing that wheel. I'm just curious before I do purchase one.

ET makes a great wheel and I wanted something with a little more than your B1 or C3 so I chose the low boost wheel and I loved it. I just got used to it and went with the 15.5 and loving it even more. You get a little more boost with the ET when comparing to similar low to mid range wheels.

Makes sense! I want to choose the right one giving the riding conditions I have. Not a lot of holeshot mostly getting on it hard around 20 or so. I do live on a lake and can sneak out early mornings, no one on the lake but maybe 1,2 boats, slick as ever. You've been a big help in a short time
