Built a PWC Mobile Shop Dolly for Under $100

It lines up to my Comfab trailer perfectly. Now I have one more to build for the other ski.

    Materials list:
    (2) 2x4x72 (Bunks)
    (2) 2x4x48 (Base of Frame)
    (6) 2x4x42 (Cross Braces
    (6) 2x4x18 (Risers)
    (2) 2x4x36 (Lateral Braces)

    (1) Scrap of carpet
    (1) Spray Adhesive 90
    (4) 4" L brackets
    (1) Box of 3" Torx deck screws (3 at each joint)
    (4) 265lb locking casters

About $99 and an hour and a half later.

Side to side you have covered, but forward movement may cause a toppling effect. Add a few triangles to the uprights! l\ /l\ /l Like this.
    Cool build!

The 4" metal L brackets and bunks hold everything VERY stationary.

Great project! Never used a dolly before. How do you usually move from trailer to dolly and vice versa?
