Any Directions on how to install Pump Shoe rubber pieces?

I ordered my R and D intake grate for my 2012 FX SHO Cruiser and it looks like its en route so I also need to install the rubber pump shoe pieces, I think that's what its called. It has several rubber pieces and I assume they go up in the area of the intake grate?

Riva has directions on their site for all their stuff. I usually use their directions to install R&D parts because their directions are much better.
