    The new skis

I have two 2002 polaris 1200 di a genesis I and a virage txi. Neither run

the genesis has 128 125 125 and the ski will start and shut right down even if I hold the start down.

the injectors are getting around 25v will cranking and I pressed the fuel pressure out let down and it sprayed out fuel so I'm stuck on that one.

The virage has 135 135 90 and it will crank but it won't start.

the injector are getting 25v and no fuel came out of the outlet so their is no fuel pressure.

so I am going to start with pulling the engine. also when you crank it sometimes it will get stuck and it won't crank and you have to turn the egine by hand and it will crank again

    so what should I do

It can get confusing to have to different watercraft with different problems in a single thread.

The Virage TXi fuel pump needs some testing. It may just need a new fuse or Reset button (circuit breaker).

The Virage not cranking sometimes sounds like a Bendix or flywheel teeth problem.

For the Genesis, you could test swap the EMM from the Virage TXi into the Genesis, see if that makes a difference. No need to swap the injectors for this test.

TPS swap is also possible, but keep in mind that both TPS could be bad.

Would you rebuilt the top end of the virage or new rings

    Inspect, then decide.

Genesis is alive I swapped the tps and it is ready to go. The virage I pulled the engine and it was the bendiex fell apart and that was causing the engine to stop checked the rear piston an the were scratches all over it but the crank was perfect no play nothing the ski only had 40 hours on it.

I would still replace the TPS with a new TPS. Old TPS are often not trustworthy.

Check the fuel pressure, should be over 20 PSI when running.

Check voltage at White/Red wire. Should be very close to 45 volts when running, and fairly stable as RPM changes.

Are you running the correct spark plugs?
