    4tec reassembly: PTO housing question

OK, the shop manual isn't clear on whether to apply Loctite to the PTO housing bolts. It also doesn't have any torque specs so I'm thinking no Loctite and just get the bolts tight? Right below the tightening sequence for the PTO housing bolts, it says to torque LH motor mount bolts to 17 ft/lbs and apply Loctite. TIA for clearing this up for me. I'm on the home stretch!
