Sea Doo Supercharger Bolt Question
I picked up a used 2004 Sea Doo Supercharged with 160 hrs and was told the charger had been rebuilt. I wanted to remove it before doing much more riding and check to ensure it has the Metal Washers. I bought the E8 socket and Gear Wrench that I found in an Old Post. One of the Bolts is partially rounded off. Other two came out fine. It is the one around the 3:00 mark so I can see it pretty good. Anyone had to get one out that has been screwed up? If so, any guidance is MUCH Appreciated. Also, can you order replacement bolts??? Would prefer 1/4" instead of Torx if that is an option.

I've hammered on the socket and been able to get the bolt off. I replace all of mine with 10 mm heads

heat and hammer of vice grips and heat...
If its already rounded then its probably been a while since the s/c has been serviced.
When you do get her off change the washers and bearings.
Then your good to rip for @ 100 hrs.
Always change washers n bearings at the same service.
Too many people get cheap and only do washers and there taking a big risk..
