    Question Head Gasket ???

Are there different head gaskets for stock and modified craft?

Some places have a listing for a "B" kit. Thicker Maybe?

Is the gasket a crush type or can you use some copper spray and reuse the original one?

There is only one head gasket, but Rotax Racing makes a thinner one. They do this by just removed a couple layers from a stock head gasket.

    They are not reuseable.

Jerry has anyone ever "stacked" gaskets to lower compression? Not a practice i encourage but i was curious.

    Headgasket

Yes , That Was A Big Mistake. Go With A Copper Headgasket With Integrated O-ring. No Need To Cut The Sleeves. Gasket Works Usa 1-626-358-1616

    GASKET

Not At This Time But Armin From Ppg Is In The Process To Make Them For Their Big Bore Kit. So Once Gasket Works Has The Stockgasket For Dimension Cut They Should Easily Be Able To Make Them.

I have ran 2 stock gasket in the past with good results it lowers compression which is always good for a boosted motor. Also have a company working on copper gaskets for standard bore,1st over and big bore with or without O ring should be done in a week or two.

bari , you gasket came from "SBT" that was your problem

(2 stock gasket , 8 layer) for high boost,

or 2 layer ROTAX RACING gasket for high compression setup.

the ROTAX RACING B-Kit gasket is a 4 layer stock gasket because the use high compression ROTAX RACING pistons 8.7:1

the ROTAX RACING A-Kit gasket is a 2 layer (1/2 stock) gasket to raise compression
