    PSI triple pipe questions

I did my first mock up tonight and already found a few problems. The gas valves are the cause of most of them, which strikes me as odd because you cannot use a manifold with them. You HAVE to use triples, and they are both PSI cylinders and pipes. 1st problem... water fitting (stinger?) on pipe is hitting the valve cover. How can I bend the fitting to a 45* WITHOUT cracking or crimping it? 2nd problem... Can I dent the pipe without damaging it to make clearance for the #2 valve on the MAG pipe? Note how high it is in comparison to the other two, that's because it is hitting the cover. 3rd problem... (not too tough to fix) but look how short the springs they supplied are.

That just looks bad [email protected]@!!! I would try inseting a punch in to the fitting and try bending the thing, or cut it down, use a tap and tap it out for a brass npt 90* elbow.

    PIPES

Is It Possible That The Manifold Adapters Aren't Setting The Pipes Out Far Enough????if I Was Going To Bend That Fitting I'd Get A Tight Wound Spring That Will Just Slide Inside The Fitting And Bend It That Way

That motor looks good! Did you see how the pipes fit when there in the hull? I think I would wait and do the pipes last. You can cut the weld on the fitting ( if bending dont work ) and reweld it at a angle or move it out some. I dont think it matters if you move it around the pipe a little, It will still cool the pipe. And on the other pipe, You can dent it a little but I would hate to mess with those new pipes. Maybe space the pipe out further.

Are you sure of the routing on the pipes?? Do the pipes wrap around the back or do the go forward and over the fuel tank??

Good idea, I'll be looking into this option some.

Crazy, there is NO way a manifold can work with the valves. In the PSI catalog picture of the Genesis cylinders, it shows the flanges mounted up.

I did mock it up without the gaskets installed, but that is a max of 1/8 ".
