You're suppose to turn the ski on first before you turn the water on.

    Wow.
    You did that ASS backwards.
You turn on the ski THEN THE HOSE..
Then you shut off the hose and THEN SHUT OFF THE SKI.

    you hydro locked your ski.
    I hope you didn't bend a rod.
Now you need to change oil and filter.
There are MANY THREADS on here about how to salvage a ski that has water in the motor.
    Tick tock....
If you wait then your ski is toast..

Pull the spark plugs and spin her over.
Don't crank it for more than 10 seconds at a time.
Then let it sit for 30 seconds to a minute to allow the starter to cool then repeat.
Spray w/d 40 in the cylinders.

    Tick tock.....

You gotta now do a oil change and that requires a pump...

Your oil is milky and that's next.
Once you've changed oil then she needs to run for 20-30min with fresh oil and filter to evaporate the extra moisture out of the motor.

NO YOU CAN NOT RUN IT ON THE HOSE FOR 20-30 MIN.
DON'T RUN IT ON THE HOSE MORE THAT 1-2 MIN.

PLEASE READ UP ON YOUR SKI....
