    What should I expect...?

As some of you might now my luck has not been the best. Im up there with Pale Rider! Well, It's been on the shop getting the bottom hull fixed and some scratches on the top deck.....While it was there I told them to install all the parts I bought this Xmas and have them installed since I knew I would have no time or patience to do it...

SO...They are putting in the new RR s/c wheel with Jerry's metal washers (finally) RR #42 injectors, 14/19 prop, external intercooler and plumbing kit and Jerry's water strainer kit....I dont have the rideplate holes filled or the skegs on the new rideplate as of right now....I want to see what the numbers are when I get it back and then install them to see the difference. Other mods are in the signature.

Sooooo.....with air temp around 77-80 deg. and water temp around 73 deg. what speeds "should" I expect?

    Hey Geo

I was running a simular set up but I had the RR thermo and Riva air and was running a 14/19.5 prop with the ride plate filled but I have not filled in the grate holes yet as I was thinking abot changing it but now I think I will stay with the stock one I was running 71 with a high of 71.8 in the heat so I would say you should be around 71

also I will be selling the prop if you would like to try it

Geo... I'm leaning toward Shibby's prediction... 72mph IF you fill the ride plate holes, true the grate (not the stock one ), duct cool air to the intake, watch the weather reports, assume your best "superman" stance, and pay no attention to the low fuel buzzer

And, if you only make it to 71.5, you'll love how quick it happens

    Gotta love this sport

Let me know if you need any help,

    Jeff

THanks guys. I am hoping for a flat 72, but anyhow how Jeff said, I'll love how fast I'll get there!

Adambomb....If I get the ski this week I WILL be at the water on Sunday, and I might even go the day I get her back, hopefully Friday, you off Friday or Sunday?

Yes, it will work fine. I ran the 14/19 (minus 1mm) with the Vortec SC impeller and stock ECU. I added the RR SC impeller and RR ECU and had to put 1mm back in.
