08 250x IC wasted? was it sunk?

I bought this 250x with 38 hours I just got it on the water and gps 56.6mph 7000rpm 7lbs boost. I found oil in the catch tube so I pulled the IC to give it a cleaning here is what I found. Ic was AFU there was a milky foam in the tube from the head and in the throttle body (isn't that a sign of water ingestion?) then there was a flakey sort of something in the big tube from the IC to the SC. I'm guessing these aren't signs of a well taken care of ski what's my next move beside cleaning the heck out of it?

clean the intercooler first, then pull the dipstick and check the oil cap as well for the same milky residue

The oil is good. Oil was new I first rode it, the ski hesitated then cleared out thats is when I GPS'd it and 7k/7lbs I changed the oil and plugs to start my own maintenance schedule rode it again and same numbers and no milky residue.

I searched removal of the S/C didn't really follow I need to actually look at the thing to get an idea how to start but do I have to pull the motor the pull the S/C out of the hull or can I wiggle it out?

that's the tensioner adjusting bolt you loosen the pulley retaining nut and tighten or loosen the bolt to tension. you will need to remove the I/c and exhaust drop pipe and tensioner assembly to remove the super charger, remove the pulley cover and throw it in the bin, I bet the pulleys are rusted also.
