O ring size for carbon seal

I was searching but only found pages of random carbon seal threads without an answer. What size o ring is needed for increasing the tension on the carbon seal accordion boot? TIA

We use these O rings to put tension on the carbon seal after they start to wear.I DO NOT recommend putting these on a new setup as it will be to much tension....What i like to do is install them while the driveline is apart, slide them over then hose clamps on the accordian boot, then if i ever need to use one they are right there and all i have to do is slide them into the grooves...

Why pay 70.00 when you can buy 2 O rings for 3.00?????PLUS i can use mine when needed,i dont have to keep them on all the time...Kinda like a driveline adjustment....If I need a little bit of tension i use 1,if i need alot i throw in the second one....

yea well a new bellows and the speedfreeks piece keeps it at oem tension which really is the best solution, none of this adding when you have to like SC clutch adjustments... guess you get what you pay for with a few $ o rings
