    PTO shaft

    I have the pro cover off and cleaned out, should I be able to turn the shaft by hand, thanks

    I'm guessing your talking about a 4-tec engine...?
    If the spark plugs are out, then yes, you could, with a little effort.
    the only resistance would be the cam springs, and rings

    Should go all the way around or just move a little, sounds like I can hear compression as I try to turn
