    2008 ultra engine removal help?

hey, i was wondering if anyone has fully removed their engine? my belt broke the other day and iv been meaning to do a few other mods (spare belt holders, fogging kitetc) i also have noticed a bit of corrosion around some of the pulleys. i struggle to get my hands in anywhere on the best of days and wont be riding through winter. i was also going to flip the ski and maybe buff out some scratches in the hull. so if anyone has removed an engine and knows whether or not its a nightmare to do and or steps involved any help would be appreciated.
    thanks
