Supercharger Washer change help
I am very mechanically inclined and going to do this myself...What tools will I need if I plan on just doing the washer change?...Later down the road when I get a full service on the charger I will be sending it to Jerry....Thanks and also if you can point me in the direction of where to buy I would appreciate it!

Play it safe and do the washers and bearings.
Too many people have only done the washers and then had bearing failure.
When the bearings go it wipes out your entire charger, flywheel, and possibly the motor.
If your already as far as the washers your more than 1/2 way there.

They should be done every time the washers are changed.
It's a lot more damage to the ski when the bearings go then if the clutch washers slip.
The stealership says every 2 years or 100 hrs for complete rebuild on washers and bearings.
I've personally see the carnage after bearings in the s/c fail.
It was around 2k in repairs for my buddy.
Motor had to come out and all.
Flywheel teeth missing, charger scored so bad it had to be replaced and grey metal dust all through the intake system..
Just play it safe and do it all at once..
