Cool new to me 2005 rxt, few questions

so i got me a 2005 rxt, 135 hours, x charger a year old, changed at 109 hours, washers changed a month ago, owner had all the receipts to prove it. also 42 lb injectors, rxpx muffler, resonator remove, thru hull exhaust, custom exhaust tip, opas block off(rivas), rivas sponsons, rivas seats. he had a bilge pump in it too which i hooked up since he didn't take the time to. as i took it out for the first ride, it was beached and did a little wave jumping and theres was *some* water in it, not a lot, but still worries me. the water wasn't high enough to reach the bilge pump so it wasn't much. also when i hit the throttle on it it steams, not smoke, steams. is it normal? around 4000 rpms it constantly steams or smokes in water. too much oil? any advice would be great. thanks

p.s. it had a greenhulk sticker on it... did anyone on here have this before me? im the third owner and second owner said he wasnt part of the gh?

Im not sure if its normal or not but it dose add water to the exhaust to cool it down. Might be because u have differant exhaust on it??
