They may have taken the week off for the Holiday. I have only had them do 1 prop for me and they did an excellent job, with very fast turn around.

Best time to reach them I've found is call 9 a.m. sharp pst before they get busy for the day. Or email seems to get quick response. I caught Dave last Tues morning and had new prop in hand by Friday.

My 2 props have been there going on 4 weeks, seems they have a very lax business policy. I know they are good at what they do, but maybe they should hire a guy or two to work when they close up shop and travel around. I am missing valuable riding time !!!

I had sent them in to do the WORX repair, rebalance, rec finish.
Turns out they were waiting for me to call them, one of the props had spline rust and they didn't think it would be good.
The guy in the shop wasn't there so they could only guess why I had not been contacted.
They said they wrote down on my sheet that he had tried to call me but they never did leave a message.
They are shipping my props to me Priority mail, one is done, the other they just returned untouched since it was messed up from sitting outside. Let's hope the other one works fine.

Ordered a 18/30 from David at Impros. Had it shipped out the same evening and I should have it this week being around 14,000km away. Cant wait to try it in my brand new pump housing
