R&D Yamaha 02 Sensor Mount kit....

Bought this from the online store and it will arrive on Wednesday. Has anyone put one it? Will the water box slide back enough to accommodate it or do you need to trim the rubber coupler? Also do I need to order another gasket for the other side of it? (I assume there is a gasket there now?)

Thank you! (BTW R&D's website sucks!)

As do their instruction sheets, they make good products though.

Mine bolted right it in and I didnt have any issues with spacing. Only thing I noticed was when it was spaced back the sensor wires were close to my fuse panel cover and I trimmed it a bit at the bottom edge so the wires don't rub. Click image for larger version.

Thanks guys! I don't understand why a company like R&D can't put simple documents together. It would take a whopping 30 minutes for each product they sell.

Did you pull the water box or just unbolt and everything opened up enough for the spacer?

I pulled the water box but I had remove it all to run dedicated cooling lines and did it all at one time. You could probably leave it but sure gives you more room to work with it out. I agree R&Ds website and instructions are terrible which is a shame because their products are good. Usually I call Glenn if I have any issues. He is usually good to help with questions.
