    Stock fzr props

    Hello,

Do the 2009 through 2013 fzrs have the same prop? I noticed there was a different part number.

    Thank you.

They are different, I believe the same pitch but machined different for a different spacer/washer which is supposed to be easier to get off and less prone to weld itself stuck.

Thanks for responding. Will a 2012 prop work on a 2009?

    Thank you.

Do you need a stock prop? I have one with 45 hours on it pitched to 13/17.

No, I have one already. I want to make sure it will work before I go to install it.

if the new FZ come with 85mm exit like the SHO that would explain the difference in impeller pitch

Can I use the new prop with the old spacer or will that be a problem?

The original 09 spacer? Yes you can use the stock FZ prop with it. I ran the old spaced on my ski for a year or so. I only upgraded because the new spacer was only 30$ or something. My old spacer was deformed a little, new one is holding up just fine. Be careful though, it's directional.

The parts diagram says the new space is part #6bh 51348 01 and the spacer on this site says has the last two digits as 00. Is there a difference?

    Thank you,

    Lou
