    Jetting Help needed

I used to be a Polaris dealer but as fate would have it we lost the line as the Pro 785s were coming out and I never got my hands on one..Til now.
I found a basket case 97' and I have built a new engine for it but as I am rebuilding the carbs I find very little info on correct jetting. The mains are 165s but the pilots are 77.5 as best as I can read. There appears to be a good deal of port work on the cylinders but it has stock triple pipes.
And while I will be running premix, I certainly dont want to run it lean so any help you could provide would be appreciated.

Also, I have been trying to find a black rub rail for my 97' Slx pro. If anyone out there has one please email me at the following.
