water in electrical box on 2002 Polaris Virage TX

I forgot to put the plug in my 2002 Polaris Virage Tx. Beached it overnight and noticed the back was low in the morning. As a result it would not go over 3500 RPMs the next day. After some research I thought it was the overheat sensor so I followed the tan wire to the electrical box. Upon opening the box water just poured out. Retested and it worked fine. But I thought it would be a good idea to fully open the box, dry it out and look for corrosion. I found corrosion around some wire connections and a fuse. What is a good way to seal the box so this doesn't happen again and should I cake everything with dielectric grease? What are the long term issues I could be facing?

There should be a sealing gasket ring running around the perimeter of the electrical box where the halves meet. If that sealing ring is damaged or missing, replace it.

exactly what it looks like has happened. Are the 3 black boxes in there sealed? Or is the water going to kill them in time?
