    Mod Questions

I am putting together my list of parts I want to pick up for my GP1300r. I have a few quesions.

which of these do you recommend....

R & D Power filter or the Riva filter

R & D Ride Plate and intake grate or the riva ride plate and intake grate?

I also am going to get the riva free flow exhauset and the D-Plate and Chip.

Is there anything else I should do to it while I am working?

    Thanks
    Jamie

Both are quality manufacturers so you cant go wrong with either.
I run the Riva stuff because i came across a better deal.

Riva and R&D are close to the same on grates IMO. I like the R&D plate better for handling. Riva and R&D filters are the same, whether you go with the cone filter or full plenum.
Riva D-plate works best with your 1300, and freeflow is nice, but it will cost you some top end. Also if you ski is 05+, the chip wont work

I have a 2007. Will the chip work or not? And if not what do you need to do use the d-plate?

    no, cant use the chip

90% of them work fine with the exhaust sensor plugged in... or splice in a 2K or 2.2K ohm resistor

So there is a possibility that it will work by just leaving it plugged in
