    Cavitating

My seadoo 2003 gtx 155 is cavitating and can only get up to 48 mph. Should I be changing bot the wear ring and carbon seal? And also because its cavitating would that cause more exhaust then usual? A little bit of white smoke. It doesn't smell like burnt oil or coolant and I'm not losing any oil or coolant.

change the wear ring and have a look at your pump. it might be warped. I just changed a wear ring in a 2004 gtx and pump was warped. plastic pumps suck.

Everything that was said in the above reply.
No need to change the carbon seal unless its worn or leaking.
