The Stage 1 kit in the store says it comes with a prop, reduction nozzle, intake, intake grate, and a wedge.

You could always make your own 4inch intake utilizing some kanadflex, a 4 inch velocity stack, and 4 inch SC adapter. I think i saw some kana-flex for sale in the seadoo section. (75$)
Find a used intake grate or use the "greenhulk" discount to get a few bucks off of it in the store. You could do the same for the wedge. (200-300$)
As far as the reduction nozzle route just grab a stock RXP 83mm in the classfields theres usually a few floating around. (75-100$)
Re-pitch your stock prop as needed (free if you can do it yourself).....or grab a used one!

kit costs damn near 1200 bucks if you DIY you could easily keep it under 500

P.S- id look into some pressure release valves so you dont stuff yourself at 75....
